Cycling is one of the best actvities to maintain and improve health. It has been shown that by cycling regularly you can have a fitness level of someone 10 years younger.
It is a gentle aerobic activity which stimulates the cardiovascular system, increases lung capacity, protects against strokes, lowers blood pressure and can assist in reducing weight and toning muscles.
It does not jar the joints, is sociable and does not require any thing other than a bicycle.
Best of all it can easily be made part of a daily routine and the whole family can enjoy it together.

We can arrange occasional gentle accompanied rides for groups of friends and families using quiet lanes and cycle routes with the emphasis on enjoying a leisurely activity, free from the stresses and anxieties around many of today's activities.

Pace will always be easy and the ride will always be accompanied by a competent and trained cyclist.
