Delamere Forest - Warrington - Preston - Lancaster

Woke to a lovely morning, only interrupted by a dog walker. Brewed up, then off and at last a tailwind.
This was a day of traffic lights, roundabouts, lights, roundabouts, lights..... Navigation was surprisingly easy and our longest day to date. Must be getting fit at last.
It was a day that was dreaded but turned out quite enjoyable - especially the bacon and black pudding barm at Newton-le-Willows.
Camped just north of Lancaster and scoffed a whole chicken between us. Cooked of course.
